Where do you ship to?Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location we'll send it directly from our production lines.

How long will my order take?All orders are expertly packaged, prepared, and shipped within 1-2 business day of ordering. Current shipping time 2-5 days.

What is your return & exchange process?Step 1: Please contact our customer service representative at info@springrico.com to request an exchange/return form. Step 2: Please follow the instructions on the exchange/return form to pack and ship back the return package. Step 3: a) Refund shall be issued once we receive and confirm the return package. If your original payment method is a credit card, it will take longer may take 1 to 3 days to process the bank's refund. b) The new package will be shipped out once we receive and confirm the return package.
